1. General provisions
1.1. These rules for the sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) determine the general terms of use of the store www.imenza.lt. The rules apply when the Buyer meets, orders and buys at the imenza.lt shop.
1.2. In the shop www.imenza.lt, close corporation Imenza , the registered office at Geguzes str. 14, 29107, Anykščiai, the legal entity code 154107957, the VAT payer code, LT541079515, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, provides trade and related services to the Buyer.
1.3. The listed persons below have rights to buy in a seller's online store, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer in these rules:
1.3.1. natural persons who have attained their majority, whose capacity is not restricted by court procedure;
1.3.2. legal entities;
1.3.3. minors between the ages of 14 and 18, with the consent of their parents or guardians, except when they have their own disposable income.
1.4. By registering and placing an order, the Buyer at the same time confirms that he has a right to purchase at imenza.lt store.
2. Conclusion of a sales contract
2.1. The Purchase Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer submits an order for goods and agrees to pay for the goods. Before ordering and / or paying, the Buyer must confirm that he has become acquainted with the Buyer's Online Store Rules and Privacy Policy by clicking on CONTRACT. If the Buyer disagrees with all or some of the rules, he can not continue to order goods and buy at imenza.lt online store.
2.2. Prices in imenza.lt store are indicated in EUR with VAT (€ + VAT).
2.3. The buyer, in order to order goods in the online store imenza.lt, must indicate( in the appropriate fields of information provided by the Seller) the data necessary for the proper execution of the order of the goods: name, surname, legal or natural person, shipping address and postal code, telephone number and e-mail address; provide other information that may be required for delivery of the goods.
2.4. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods. If the Buyer can not accept the goods himself, and the goods have been delivered at the address indicated by the Buyer, then the Buyer has no right to express claims for the delivery of the goods to the other entity.
2.5. The seller, in case of uncertainty, has a right to contact the Buyer by telephone or by e-mail. If Seller can not contact the Buyer using his contact details, the order will be canceled.
3. Delivery of goods
3.1. The goods are delivered by close corporation Imenza or by the Seller's authorized representative VENIPAK courier service or the buyer takes the goods himself at Vilties str. 24A, Anykščiai.
3.2. Delivery terms of goods are agreed upon with the buyer according to the chosen delivery method. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases, delivery of the goods may be delayed due to force majeure circumstances. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to contact immediately the Buyer and coordinate delivery of the items.
3.3. If goods are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer, the Seller is not liable and can not be held liable for the delivery of the goods.
4. Return of goods, exchange
4.1. Buyer has a right to return goods:
4.1.1. The Buyer has a right not to give the reason for returning the Goods, informing the Seller thereof within 14 days from the moment of delivery of the good or from the time of the picking them up at the office. The returned item must be in the original, orderly packaging, not used, intact, not lost in appearance and in the same set as the buyer received. The changes in the package necessary for inspection of the product are not considered to be a material damage. The cost of the return of the Goods must be borne by the Buyer;
4.1.2. The Buyer has a right to return a defective product by writing to the Seller by telephone or by e-mail indicating the reason for the return of the goods. The seller is responsible for defects in the product that occur within two years of the sale of the product, unless the law or agreement provides for a longer period. The buyer can choose either to replace a defective product free of charge with a quality item or to demand payment of the money paid for the item and for delivery. The buyer also has a right to contact the seller regarding the reduction in the price of the low-quality product.
4.2. Return of the goods must be accompanied by the purchase document.
4.3. The seller undertakes to return the money to the Buyer immediately after the acceptance of the item, but not later than within 2 business days.
4.4. The Seller has a right not to accept Goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the procedures for the return of goods set out in points 5.1 and 5.2.
4.5. The seller is not responsible for the fact that the colour or other parameters of the goods in the e-shop may not correspond to the actual size or colour of the goods due to the features of the equipment used by the Buyer.
4.6. Returns must be delivered to the Seller to close corporation Imenza, to Geguzes str. 14, LT-29107, Anykščiai, Lithuania.
4.7. Return and replacement of goods is carried out in accordance with the Minister of Economy order No 217, June 29, 2001, approved "Rules for repayment and exchange of goods" and the Minister of Economy Order No 258, August 17, 2001, approved "Rules for the sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are made using communications equipment".
5. Final provisions
5.1. Relationships arising from these rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.2. All disputes arising from the enforcement of these rules shall be resolved by negotiation. The buyer can use the Electronic Dispute Resolution or the Consumer Rights Information System. Failing to reach an agreement, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
